Referring a Patient

Our Specialty Practice is grateful to our Dental and Medical colleagues who have trusted us with their patients. We always appreciate and welcome their patient referrals. Multi-disciplinary teams of dental specialists can provide care for patients with complex needs. Burlington Prosthodontics' goal is to coordinate the diagnosis, planning, and delivery of treatment with our referring General dentists, Dental Specialists, and Medical Specialists who may be involved in patient care and follow-up.
